We’ve all heard of a machine called the human body. It’s incredible how a smartphone can now replicate our bodies. Our sensory organs make us feel alive by informing us about our surroundings. A smartphone uses such feature to make our presence known somewhere else, such as by utilizing the camera to see the other location and listening to it through the speaker. We can also save these recollections. In addition, scientists are working on developing a device that allows you to taste, feel, and smell. Then it’ll be like living in a simulation or virtual reality. Meta has already launched a virtual reality software in which you can arrange parties or live your life as you choose. But we must also learn from this that we must prepare ourselves to manage these kinds of technologies. We should also pay attention to our surroundings.

If we use a smartphone with low RAM or a weak processor, our phone will lag; similarly, if our brain is not capable of handling much more information, we should not overload it. We should prioritize processor and RAM upgrades. We forget things which is even more frustrating. In order to achieve this good memory, we must concentrate on our mind maps, such as what information we have stored, and revisit them on a regular basis. So that we can remember them for a longer period of time. We must first focus on our sensory organs to make ourselves more capable of handling more information, which will eventually make us smarter. We must also keep ourselves under check. So that we don’t leave the zone.
There is a simple workout that you may do to improve the efficiency of your sense organs. Can you recollect every aspect of your day? I believe the answer is no. Because our brain has definitive focus, you only recall specific experiences. It automatically focuses based on your preferences. When we are engaged in an activity, we simply need to do two things: focus on our sensory organs, such as what are you truly watching? What noises are you hearing? Or what material are you in contact with? Or what kind of odor do you detect? Or what type of flavor are you getting? You’ll be astounded to witness yourself in action. Second, at the conclusion of the day, quickly analyze your entire day and make the most of it. We must make ourselves a better version of ourselves or no one will buy us.
