Galgotias student centered Active learning ecosystem (G-SCALE) project under the guidance of Nanyang Technological University, Singapore has taken off to a fantastic start and our GSCALE team visited the iconic campus of NTU Singapore to unlearn, re-learn, upskill and completely redefine teaching learning to make it more active, collaborative and engaging so every student becomes a thinker, thrives with creativity and innovation, asks higher order questions and develops greater thinking while learning in a classroom. Galgotias is creating- A more learning centric ecosystem and NOT a one way teaching oriented culture – we are redesigning our classrooms, curriculum and pedagogy where creativity, innovation, technology and Artificial intelligence curates a learning path that is unique to every student and drives a classroom experience using active learning techniques and technology freeing our students from the rote learning culture.
The project is one of the greatest transformations in teaching-learning not only in India but the world and Galgotias is honoured and proud to be guided and mentored by none other than the best academicians and change makers in the world of education.Studies indicate that students engaged with gamified learning tools, as seen in G-SCALE, show higher retention rates compared to traditional methods, fostering continued participation in their studies Long-term use of G-SCALE promotes sustained motivation through interactive and collaborative learning experiences, leading to deeper connections with peers and course content . encourages active participation, which not only enhances immediate engagement but also contributes to better academic performance over time .
