Chandrayaan Success
Chandrayaan 1, 2, and 3 India’s space program, led by the Indian Space Research Organisation( ISRO), has made significant strides in lunar discussion with its Chandrayaan operations.
Chandrayaan- 1 A Groundbreaking charge Launched in 2008, Chandrayaan- 1 was India’s first lunar inquiry. Its primary objectives were to study the Moon’s face in detail, study its mineral composition, and search for water ice. Pivotal Achievements Discovered water molecules on the Moon’s face, also verified the presence of water.
Chandrayaan- 2 A big Step Towards Lunar Landing Chandrayaan- 2, launched in 2019, was a more complex charge comprising an orbiter, a lander( Vikram), and a rover( Pragyan).
Mission Components
Orbiter Continues to route the Moon, collecting data on the lunar face and atmosphere. Unfortunately, the lander endured very hard during its descent. Rover Stationed from the lander, it was designed to explore the lunar face. Unfortunately, this charge by ISRO wasn’t successful.
