ISRO space exhibition at Galgotias University

Announcing Vikram Sarabhai Space Exhibition (VSSE) that is taking place between 1st and 3rd August as part of “National Space Day Celebrations”. The three-day programme is set to happen at the Galgotias University campus along Yamuna Expressway in Greater Noida, and it is organized by the ISRO’s Indian SAC. Its aim is to promote space-based application and to encourage young students towards considering careers in the industry.
This exhibition will see Galgotias University play host therefore expecting many students as well as educators who will have an opportunity to learn while at the same time engaging with each other.
The exhibition expects over ten thousand students from schools around here providing them a rare chance of exploring and studying about leading technologies in spatial sciences through interactive exhibits, satellite models, launch vehicle prototypes, and sessions between learners and scientists working for ISRO.
Paresh Sarvaiya, a Senior Scientist and head of the Vikram Sarabhai Space Exhibition (VSSE) at SAC-ISRO, emphasized how important it was. There was a press briefing led by three ISRO scientists, Paresh Sarvaiya
who is a Senior Scientist as well as Head of VSSE SAC-ISRO, Vikas Gupta who is also Senior Scientist at SAC-ISRO and Shivangi Jaiswal who is Scientist at SAC-ISRO. They provided information on what the
exhibition aimed to achieve and how it could enhance students’ interest in space technology with its various applications.
