Galgotias students shine again in inter-university competition
In an inter-university competition organized by the Christ University (Deemed to be University), the ‘Media Verse’, the students of the Department of Mass Communication, Galgotias University, participated in the event, where they competed with many national university students, where they gained an opportunity to grab the first position and first runner-up position in the different competition organized by the University.
The students participated in different events such as Reel Making Competition, News Reading Competition and Ad-Mad competition, and we are announcing it proudly that in each and every event our participants have won prizes and positions, which make everyone proud and we dedicate these prizes to the students effort and interest in participating.
The first competition was the Reel-Making Competition, in which the first prize was given to the student of Galgotias University, Prakhar Krishna Tripathi a mass communication student who made a wonderful reel on the theme of showing the hard work of the workers, as because of them only the event can occur.
Our student made a reel of one minute where he captured every bit of the campus, and his dedication paid off, as he got the first position. He got the e-certificate, a bottle from the sponsors and a Zomato voucher code, by the Christ University.
The second competition, which was the News Reading Competition there, the second prize was achieved by Palak Verma again the student of Galgotias University Mass Communication department, where her talent was applauded by the judges and her skills made her win, she got the e-certificate, an bottle, and a Zomato voucher code.
In the the third and last competition, Ad-Mad event, our students of a group of 6 members, Chetna Shree, Dakshita Ojha, Prakhar Krishna Tripathi, Sakshi Singh, Snehal, and Unnati Dubey, made us proud as they won the second prize in the event by showcasing their talent within two minutes. The event was successfully organized by the University and it was graced by the guests as RJ Rahul Makin was welcomed and he distributed the award to the students, which made it memorable for them.
