Organizes Screening of Live Streaming of Prime Minister’s Address in India’s Techade: Chips for Vikasit Bharat

Galgotias University, Greater Noida, organized the screening of the Hon’ble Prime Minister’s live address online streaming across the university. This program featured the Hon’ble Prime Minister’s continuous and tireless efforts to make India one of the largest top three economies in the World. This program was centered around laying the foundation stones of three semiconductor plants at Dholera and Sanand in Gujrat and Morigaon in Assam. With the focal points on Atmanirbhar and Swavlambit Bharat, this virtual event connected the audience and key government officials from the three aforementioned locations. It also witnessed representatives from Taiwan connected virtually and in addition to this, more than 7000 colleges/universities / educational institutions were also virtually connected to witness this history in making.

Hon’ble Chief Minister of Assam, Dr. Himanta Biswa Sarma, and Hon’ble Chief Minister of Gujrat, Mr. Bhupendrabhai Patel addressed the millions of audience connected digitally and expressed gratitude for this welcome move initiated by Hon’ble PM Narendra Modi that would push India atop in the field of Semiconductor industry, integrating it more decisively into the global supply chain and creating a more self-reliant Bharat. Hon’ble Prime Minister Narendra Modi paid homage to the millions of students connected virtually and called them the ‘future’ and the real ‘stakeholders’ of developed India envisioned in the future.
The screening session was led by Chancellor Mr. Sunil Galgotia, CEO, Dr. Dhruv Galgotia, Vice Chancellor, Prof. K Malikharjuna Babu, Advisor to Chancellor, Prof. Renu Luthra, PVC Prof. Avdesh Kumar and Registrar Dr Nitin Gour. In addition to this, the Prime Minister’s address was attended by 450 faculty members, students, and staff in the university auditorium of Galgotias University while about 20,000 students and faculty members watched it via online / YouTube streaming.
