In this digital era of constant connectivity where we see technology is there in every aspect of our life the need for mindful approach of digital interaction has become more and more important for our mental and emotional wellbeing. In this era finding a delicate balance between our digital intake and nurturing our mental well being is a form of art which everyone should learn for their spiritual development. There are some principle of mindful tech usage which we should learn and we should always aim to guide individual to priorities their mental and emotional health before technology and everything else.

Digital intentionality:- by making conscious decisions related to your tech usage and by setting a clear intention before digital use that if you are using your device will it add values a life or not or will my digital use is going to help in getting closer to my goal or not.
Scheduled unplugging :- You yourself create a time period for digital detox create a time slot with the intention to take a break from screen and choose some other activity to keep yourself engaged like by playing different games, meditation etc. and give yourself time away from technology for your mental wellbeing.
Curated Connectivity:-Evaluate your content consumption that if it adds any value to your life or not if it is promoting positivity in your life or not. And if you find something that is bringing negativity in your life just unfollow or mute that source which brings negative energy for nurturing your emotional health.
Take free zone :-In your life create a place where you are free from technology. For example :- gadget free bedroom this will reduce your screen time before sleep and will improve sleep quality and create a more restful environment around you.
Mindful social media engagement:- your approach towards social media should be very mindful as social media can be very toxic place if you do not use it carefully. You should limit scrolling social media, set time boundaries and be aware of your emotional response to your online content and engage in these platforms to enhance your connections with people instead of fueling your anxiety.
Tech facilitate mindfulness:- Explore different meditation apps, digital gratitude journal, or tools like these on digital platforms to promote your mental wellbeing instead of some toxic social media platform.
Tech free socializing:- prioritizing face to face interaction instead of digital communication. Though digital communication seems easier and convenient to all but you should avoid it. As in person communication helps in fostering a deeper sense of emotional connection with the other person.
So to master the art of mindful tech requires a conscious and intentional approach to our digital lives and by adapting these principles one can easily strike a balance between staying connected and also safeguarding their mental and emotional well being. Because ultimately our goal is not just reject technology completely but our goal is to made a improve our relation with technology and also focus on our mental wellbeing.
