2. Personal hygiene: Maintaining personal hygiene during menstruation is essential. This includes washing hands before and after changing menstrual products, and cleaning the genital area with mild soap and water.
3.Comfort and pain management: Period cramps can be managed through various methods like hot water bottles, warm baths, gentle exercises, and relaxation techniques. It’s important to find what works best for you and seek medical advice if needed.
