In the hurdle, chaos, clamor of everyday life the ones who work for our welfare day and night remain unheard. In this article, I would like to deliver the interactions and discussions I had with my teammates with the daily wage workers who worked in University and how do they properly adapt to their surroundings and situation. Through my personal experiences we were able to gather some information which could be referred to easily.

The daily wage workers used to perform tasks and duties on an everyday basis and their shifts are decided differently according to their working hours. They told us about their daily wages or income and their living conditions along with their families. They faced mere consequences of changing their city and adapting to the new city and urban landscape. Everyone had their unique story, which was really inspiring, motivating and full of struggles. The ones with whom we interacted were satisfied with their daily living conditions, healthcare facilities, salary, security, and others. The females were provided proper sanitation and healthcare items. But the sense of happiness was missing from all of them. They had enough pride that they are working along with their families and looked over, but self- relief was not there. Small children were seen giggling, laughing, and interacting with all of us. Their strength reflected their inner will and enough human spirit. Working as a daily wage worker one had to face hardships but their self esteem to work again tomorrow become their willpower.

In conclusion, their work, hard work, and core strength reflected a lot about them. Our journey to interact and investigate their world was empowering and enlightening. The stories shared by everyone embark on the sacrifices they made and left several dreams and aspirations to shape the lives of their children and family. By understanding their sacrifices there is immense respect and profound appreciation for them. Among the difficulties, there emerges a spirit of responsibility and community engagement. Through understanding and empathy, we can collaborate and work towards a better tomorrow and a dignified life for all of them as they play a key role in development and innovation.
