Washington DC wants to amend their visa policy to improve their immigrant workforce.
They are targeting to make immigrants more effective and making sure that who come to USA is productive . There are a lot of cases where people seek the USA as an opportunity to earn good and then get involved in crimes like people from developing and under-developing do. Today foreign immigrants have made the US less productive,effective than their Chinese and European counterparts.
To improve their visa policy USA has halted their visa programme in a few countries like they did in INDIA. There is serious bilateral talk going between USA and INDIA to improve productivity but INDIA should also be concerned about not losing their talent pool more as in the past did so.
