The Uttar Pradesh International Trade Fair, held in the sprawling Greater Noida Expo Mart from the 21st of September till the 25th of September 2023. The trade fair was inaugurated by the President of India Smt. Draupadi Murmu and CM of Uttar Pradesh Yogi Adityanath on the 21st of September 2023. Mega trade needed 5-day tour to attend each stall. India has emerged as one of the most anticipated events in the country’s business calendar. In 2023, this trade fair once again opened its doors to showcase the rich tapestry of commerce, culture, and innovation that defines the state of Uttar Pradesh. With an ever-growing presence and influence, the fair has become a symbol of the state’s economic prowess and cultural heritage. The Expo was full of MSMEs, healthcare, tourism, Manufacturing, defence, and education-related stalls. The agenda of this is to make UP the largest in terms of economy. Currently, the target is 1 trillion.
Brands:
UP has formed an organization named UP Invest to promote investment and skills in the state. Brands like Link Locks, Kia Motors, Videocon, Gaur, Volkswagen, Patanjali, and MG Hector, had put their stall. Also, an educational institution like Galgotias University also put up its stall. Majorly the trade promoted the E-vehicle. The government has also started manufacturing e-vehicles. Milk brands like Anand and Paras were also present in the dairy
industry. Government program like “Jal hi Jeevan hai” was shown in the stall. A digital health kit was put in the stall which promotes the digital India scheme for the health checkup.
A Grand Venue: Greater Noida Expo Mart
The Greater Noida Expo Mart, a world-class venue for exhibitions and trade fairs, served as the perfect backdrop for this grand event. Its state-of-the-art facilities and strategic location
make it an ideal hub for business and cultural exchanges. Spread over acres of land, the venue accommodated a diverse range of businesses, exhibitors, and visitors, making it a melting pot of ideas and opportunities. Multiple sessions were going on in the mart. Some government organizations also put up stall. Food stalls were put there for the visitors. The doors of the fair were open for the general public after 3 pm. Many schools brought their students on a visit to the fair.
