Delhi has a large variety of food items and basically the street food of Delhi gives the sold to the food of
Delhi the best of just Indian street food is available here that we can easily right one or two pages on it
but some food items are famous, and the shop are so traditional by making their snacks item like
golgappe, chole bhature, chaat samosa, bhelpuri and many more.
Bhelpuri: –
That’s may not see so appreciable or hygiene at first lens the venue at the back side of stall makes that
wheel as all the ingredients is mixed into it like puffed rice vegetable potato onion cucumber chat
masala tomatoes and fruits all served with spice and at last a tomato sauce and also added to it before
serving it and these things are mix so well by this mixing the flavor will increase and the bhel look
presentable also.
Parathas: -aur stop paratha to make more specific we can see paratha is just mean breakfast of many
people like college student or office going people and in term of street food there is a gali Paratha wali
gali it is literally the love of paratha makers is the narrow Street of Chandni chowk were noted for the
paratha maker. As these paratha Aaj saved lot of ghee aur butter on top of it which make it more
delicious.
Panipuri:-pani puri is basically favorite street food items specially for ladies as the ladies come for
shopping or purchasing some goods or items they just want to have a pani puri at stacked aholo
spherical crispy that filled with chutney chaat and yogurts and pani puri as a non-Indian is a difficult task.
As taking a full ball into the mouth in one go without break the Puri and the water don’t spill on to the
clothes which is difficult to manage.
Samosa:
As we know that samosa which we eat at evening snacks and a cup of tea filled with it which makes the
whole evening joyful the little fried savoury triangles with potato filling with lot of spices inside it and it
is served with special kind of spicy sauce almost chutney. A variety of samosa are offered in Delhi like
punish samosa Jaipuri samosa kachori style samosa and recently heard about chaumin samosa that
seems to be weird but it was really tasty.
