“I could not find a hero in my life so I became one “ these words are of this pure soul who embraced her life, left her fear and became the first wheelchair anchor and model. The one and only Muniba Mazari Baloch. Who is an anchor, artist, model, singer and motivational speaker. Born in Pakistan.

Belonging to a very conservative Baloch family, who got married at the age of 18. Living in a bad married never thought that her life will be changed after she met one of the biggest twist in her life. She met with a car accident after 2 years of married life. Somehow, her husband fell asleep while driving the car and the car fell in the ditch. Her husband managed to fell out of the car but she was still in the car and sustained a lot of injuries. If we talk about the injuries, there’s a long list. The wrist was fractured, shoulder bone and collar bone were fractured & her ribcage was so badly injured, she gone through the Lungs and the liver injuries.

She lost her urinal bowel control and because of that she wear a bag wherever she goes. Three vertebrae of the backbone were completely crushed & got paralysed for the rest of the life. She underwent multiple surgeries and stayed for two months in the hospital. The doctor who treated, told her she won’t be able to hold a pen and paint again because of her wrist injury and because of her spine injury, she won’t be able to walk again.

After hearing that she won’t be able to give birth to a child again because of her spine injury and fixation in back, she was devastated and asking her mother about her existence. She asked her ‘why me, why I even alive’. Her mother’s words have power to heal her soul. She told her ‘this too shall pass. God has greater plan for you’. She was also bedridden for two years. And her soul never given up to travel in a tunnel with no light, she tried to recover herself by painting, which she did not treated it by her passion. She treated it as her therapy. This actually healed her wrist and after two years of bedridden state, she was able to sit again. This gave her hope and never turned back to see past and kept going. She joined national television in Pakistan as an anchor person doing lots of shows. She wanted to be more in public inspire people like her.

She worked for very well known brand as a model for example Tony and Guy and not only this. She became the national goodwill ambassador and speaks for the right of women and children, talks about the gender equality. It’s all starts from within by being kind to yourself. That’s how she embraced herself and accepted her the way she is, and being in a life with a blessing in disguise.
