Movies have its own way to communicate, through stories, characters and its emotions, as it is said that movies are the best way to know and understand cultures and traditions of any place. As we know that movies are reflection of society and it always shows every major and minor problems and classes of society, peoples get influenced by movies, so, movies have responsibilities give social message along with entertainment. So, when it comes about women, are movies seriously taking that responsibility toward them, yes there are a lot of women oriented movies which has been made, but still if we compare with other movies those are less. Actually, like our society even film has become little hero or male centric. Art is the field where partiality must not exist, it is the field where everyone is equal.
Even if you see the box office collection, collection of the male centric movie is huge, and when it comes to female centric movie the collection don’t even match the half collection of male centric movie. There are a lot of changes need in film industry, producers need change their mind set, audience should change their mind and understand that an actor is actor there is nothing different between male and female, a female actor can act much better than a male actor then why are their movies struggling for collection.
